Adams & Adams Consulting started the way most meaningful things do — with a problem we kept watching the people around us face. Friends running trucking outfits buried in DOT paperwork. A church administrator quietly drowning in compliance binders. A small daycare owner wondering whether one missed renewal could close her doors.
We're Caitlin and Alex — married, and now business partners. One of us thinks in people and systems of care; the other thinks in workflows, deadlines, and structure. Together, that's the entire job of a back office: hold the details so the owner can hold the vision.
So we built Adams & Adams to be the operations partner we wished every small business had access to — calm, organized, deeply involved, and answerable to one number: yours. No call centers. No account-manager layers. Just two people who learn your business the way an in-house team would, and then run point on the details that keep it healthy.

Caitlin is the steady, client-facing half of Adams & Adams Consulting. With an Associate's degree and active coursework toward her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, she brings a disciplined, framework-driven approach to every engagement — paired with a background in psychology and child development that makes her unusually good at hearing what a business owner actually needs.
She leads client onboarding, communication cadence, scheduling, and the day-to-day operational rhythm that keeps projects moving on time. Her clients describe her as organized, patient, and refreshingly direct — the person who turns a stack of overdue paperwork into a calm, written plan you can actually follow.

Alex is the operational backbone of Adams & Adams Consulting. With years of hands-on experience inside trucking, construction, and field-service businesses, he understands the regulatory pressure small operators live under — and the cost of a single missed deadline, audit, or filing.
He leads compliance management, project coordination, and the workflow architecture behind every engagement. His clients rely on him to map the moving parts, hold the calendar, and surface the issues no one else is watching for — long before they become problems. If something is going to slip, Alex sees it first.
